Funding Requests:
All funding requests must be made a minimum of one week in advance of the date when materials are needed. Online purchases are made by the Administration Committee, while in-person/physical purchases will be reimbursed with a check by mail.
Funding requests exceeding $200.00 may need to be submitted as project budget requests. If you have multiple expenditures for a singular event or project, that should also be submitted as a project budget request. Submit a project budget request on the same funding request form but be sure to fill out the additional form fields requesting a project budget. Project budget requests should be submitted two weeks in advance of the first needed expenditure.
